  • Education on signs and symptoms of maternal mental health disorders, including: depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, birth trauma, and psychosis

  • Self-Help strategies to promote wellness and stability

  • Coping skills to manage stress, relationship issues, and symptoms of maternal mental health disorders

  • Evidence-Based treatment options available, including: talk therapy, groups, medication, and other self-help resources

  • A supportive environment where you are free to ask questions and have an open discussion abut these topics without stigma or shame

  • Space to learn about and understand maternal mental health, so that you can better support others in your life who may be struggling

  • No. This workshop is educational and will provide a supportive environment for open discussion. Resources to find a licensed clinician trained in MMH will be provided

  • Various community locations across the South Shore. There will soon be an option to attend virtually.

  • Because this is a psychoeducational workshop and not a treatment group, insurance will not cover the services. However, I do offer a sliding scale.
